Membership:
An Application can be downloaded below and you are encouraged to complete it even if you do not yet know members to name as your sponsors. You will be invited to attend Club events, and after participating in one, your Application will be submitted to the Board for approval. RBYC dues are modest by yacht club standards, but our membership criteria are high. We are seeking people of good character who will participate in RBYC activities.

- Enjoy an organized program of delightful and unusual social activities - the easy way to vary your routine and add a great deal of fun!
- Play on San Francisco Bay - boater or no, you’ll spend pleasant times on or near the water in the RBYC.
- Be welcomed in Yacht Clubs throughout our country, in Europe, the Caribbean, and the South Seas! Our burgee hangs proudly in Clubs around the world commemorating our visits.
As a Yacht Club we are oriented towards the Bay, the Delta, and the Ocean and the most important qualification is that you enjoy activities on or near our beautiful waters, not that you own a boat, although we certainly welcome new members who will add to our fleet.
